Brian is a former shipmaster with experience as a harbour and coastal pilot and as a marine surveyor. Brian has been involved in port and maritime administration in Australia and Papua New Guinea. He is a London-trained marine lawyer who has been in private practice in PNG since 1979 and in Australia since 1992. Brian is admitted to practice law in most Australian states and territories as well as in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. She has an honours degree in psychology and graduated at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Laws in 2004 from James Cook University. Maggie-Jo McGregor is an employed lawyer with Brian White & Associates. She graduated from James Cook University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science degrees. Mark is a marine consultant based in Darwin. He was previously commercial manager and then international manager with a major shipping company based in Darwin for 14 years. Since 2002, he has been providing marine consultancy services in north-west Australia and East Timor including the provision of specialist services to the oil, gas and mining industries and freight forwarding, freight agency and chartering services.
